This lets you plan your hairdressing expenses better and potentially save money compared to single bookings. The amount is also debited by SEPA direct debit, so you have no payment stress on site.

You also have a short cancellation notice of 4 weeks to the end of the month for flexible planning, and pausing is also possible.

Where can I use the subscription?
The subscription is valid in all our Mannheim salons.
How can I book the subscription?
To start the subscription, you can simply book your first appointment with us as usual. Just speak to the colleagues on site about the subscription and that you'd like to start it. Even your first appointment can be billed against the services included in your subscription. You can then book your follow-up appointments like any other regular appointment. If you'd like to use an additional service on top of your subscription, you can simply book it as an add-on and we will settle the amount on site.
When does a subscription make sense?
If you'd like to come to us regularly to have your colour or care + styling done, the subscription is made for you. If you only come every 2 months, single treatments are usually cheaper.
What is the cancellation notice and how can I cancel?
Always one month to the end of the month, by post or by email.
